1/2 cup Cream of Wheat
1 Cup self-rising flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 cup oil
1/4 tsp. salt
buttermilk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together with enough buttermilk until the mixture looks like cake batter. Bake 425º until browned.

My Maw Maw Alva makes this "corn bread". I think it is healthier than "real" corn bread. It is really good!!! I perfer this bread instead of the Real Deal!!!!
