4 squares unsweetened chocolate
> ¾ cup butter ( 1 ½ sticks )
> 2 cups sugar
> 3 eggs
> 1 tsp vanilla
> 2 TB milk
> 1 1/3 cups flour
> 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional) ½ cup chocolate chips

In heavy saucepan slowly melt 4 squares unsweetened
> chocolate and 3/4 cup butter (1 1/2 sticks). When
> melted remove from heat and add 2 cups sugar and
> three eggs. Mix thoroughly and add 1 tsp. vanilla
> and 2 TB milk. Add 1 1/3 cups flour and 1 cup
> chopped walnuts or pecans. Stir until well mixed.
> Pour into greased 9 x 13 glass pan. Bake at 325 degrees 30-35
> min., until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on rack
> 10 minutes, then sprinkle 1/2 cup chocolate chips
> all over. Wait 10 minutes, then spread melted chips
> gently over pan of brownies.
