1 pkg. lime jello
2 small pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 ¾ c. pear juice
1 qt. can pears (diced)
1 c. chopped nuts
½ pint whipping cream (whipped)
Directions:
Directions:
Heat pear juice and pour over lime jello. Pour the mixture over mashed cream cheese-a little at a time. Mix well. When cooled, add chopped nuts, diced pears & whipped cream. Pour into mold. Refrigerate until set and then place on serving platter. Decorate with cherries. Put whipped cream in center of mold.
