1 C milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 C dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1/4 C chopped onion
1/4 chopped green pepper (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
*Ketchup Sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except Ketchup Sauce. Spoon into 8x8 inch pan; press to make even. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Spread ketchup sauce on top and bake 5-10 more minutes.

*Ketchup Sauce: Combine 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. ketchup.
