3 - 4 chicken breasts
1 box of stuffing
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1 cup frozen peas. (or corn or green beans)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up and stir fry chicken breasts. Make 1 box of stuffing (follow directions on package). Mix together: 1 can cream of mushroom soup diluted with 1 can water, 1 cup frozen peas and cooked chicken pieces. In a casserole dish put enough stuffing to cover bottom then pour chicken/soup mixture in and top with the rest of the stuffing. Bake at 350º for 30 min.

Good, I always add sautéed onion and celery to the dressing but it is not absolutely needed Also a good way to use turkey day leftovers.
