1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 honey
1 egg
1 tsp orange rind
1 tsp orange juice
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Cream butter and sugar. Add honey, egg, orange rind and juice. Sift in flour mixture. Stir in nuts. Chill. Shape into balls; roll in 1 c. of chopped nuts and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 min.
