Crust - 2 c. flour
3/4 c powdered sugar
1 c butter

Filling- 4 eggs
2 c sugar
1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
4 c dried rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Oven at 350º

Combine ingredients for crust(flour and sugar). cut butter in pats and add til crumbly. Press in 15 x 10 pan. Bake at 350º for 15 min.

Blend eggs, sugar, salt, and flour of filling until smooth. Fold in rhubarb. Spread over crust.

Bake 40-45 min @ 350º until lightly brown. Cool and cut.
