1/2 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. fresh or dry ginger
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 lb. pork tenderloin
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil in a bowl. Pour over pork and marinate in refrigerator for at least two hours. Mix honey and brown sugar in a shallow plate. Roll pork in honey mixture, coating well. Roll in sesame seeds. Roast in a shallow pan at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes or until internal temp is 160º. Slice thin.
