1 16 oz. box pre-cooked lasagna noodles
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 lb. Portobello mushrooms
2 16 oz. jars Alfredo sauce
1 1/2 lbs. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb. crab meat
1 egg
20 oz. ricotta cheese
6 cups of shredded Italian cheese blend

Heat oil in a large sauce pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic and mushrooms until tender. Pour in the two jars of Alfredo sauce. Stir in the shrimp and crab meat. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes or until it's heated through. In a medium bowl, add the ricotta and the egg and mix completely. Salt and pepper to taste. In a 9" x 13" baking dish, add a little sauce, some noodles, then the ricotta mixture, then the Alfredo mixture and finally the shredded cheese. Repeat layers and be sure to have enough cheese to cover top. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350º. Then cover and bake for 15 minutes more.
