5 tsp. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 c. hot water (boil water)
3 T. sugar
1 T. salt
5 T. oil
6 c. flour

Directions:

Combine yeast and warm water and set aside. Combine all other ingredients and 3 c. of the flour into mixer. After cooled, add yeast mixture. Add remaining four and mix. Rest for 10 minutes, mix for 30 seconds. Repeat rest/mix 3 times. Knead on floured surface and divide in half. For each half, roll out onto 9X12 rectangle. Roll up like a jelly roll and seal edges. Cut tops diagonally and brush with egg whites. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or poppy seeds. Put both loaves onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes.
