2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
Cookie portion:
1 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

4 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Frosting filling:
1 c. margarine
1 box sifted confectioners sugar
4 Tbsp flour
4 Tbsp milk
4 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cookie portion: Mix the top ingredients together, then add the dry ingredient mixture. Drop on greased cookie sheet and bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes. Cool.

Frosting filling: frost one cookie on the flat edge and attach another to create a 'cookie sandwich'. Wrap each cookie in Saran Wrap if you're serving them soon. Wrap each in foil if you're going to freeze the cookies for a later time.
