½ c. apple cider vinegar
½ c. sugar
1 t. dry mustard
½ t. salt
1 T poppy seeds
red onion
sliced mushrooms
Directions:

Mix everything together, add mushrooms and onions to marinate. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
