3/4 cup sugar
3 Tblp cornstarch
3 Cups milk
4 beaten egg yolks
1 Tblp butter
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In med pan combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 min more. Remove pan From heat. Gradually stir 1 cup of milk mixture into egg yolks. Add this back to milk mixture. Bring to gentle boil. Reduce heat and cook 2 min more. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Pour into bowl and cover with plastic wrap and cool. Fill cream puffs with pudding before serving.
