I box of Elbow macaroni
2 pkgs. of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups of milk
2 T. of butter
2 T. flour
dash of salt & pepper
9x13 Pyrex dish

Directions:
Directions:
First salt & boil macaroni until aldente and drain.
Then while warming milk start to melt butter in separate pot.
When butter is melted add flour until well incorporated.
Next add a half a cup of the warm milk to the butter/flour mixture and whisk until there are no lumps.
Pour butter/flour/milk mixture into the remaining milk and bring to a boil.
Once boiling add 1 pkg of cheese to the hot milk and stir until smooth.
Now add macaroni to the cheese/milk and stir.
Finally pour all of the ingredients into a 9x13 baking dish.
Sprinkle other pkg of cheese on top of the macaroni.
Bake at 350º for 40 min.
