3 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
11/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups thawed frozen sliced strawberries
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, soda, cinnamon, and sugar. Combine, mixing well, the eggs, vegetable oil, strawberries and pecans. Add liquid mixture, stirring just enough to moisten. Pour into 2 large loaf pans well greased. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans.

You can glaze the bread with 1/2 cup powered sugar and enough strawberry juice to make a thin glaze.
