1 box of jumbo shells
8 potatoes
1-2 sticks of butter plus 3-4 T for baking dish
1/2 to 1C of Milk
Oregano
Garlic Powder
2-3 C of cheddar cheese
Salt
Pepper
Chopped Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook shells according to directions on
box. Peel potatoes and cook in lightly salted boiling water for
20 minutes. Mash potatoes with butter and milk and beat until
smooth. Add salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder to
taste ( I usually use 1 1/2 T of garlic powder and 1 T of
oregano). Stir in cheddar cheese. In small pan, saute onions
with remaining butter. Pour into baking dish. Stuff shells with
potato mixture and place in baking dish. Cover with foil and
bake for 40 minutes.
