1 c. flour
2 sticks butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. powdered sugar
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 c. cool whip
2 large sized pkgs. cook and serve vanilla pudding
2/3 c. cocoa
2 1/2 to 3 c. of sugar
6 c. milk--included in that milk is two 5 oz. cans of evaporated milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350º. In a bowl mix the flour, 1 stick of butter, and chopped nuts. Press into the bottom of a 9X13 pan. Cook for 10 min. or until it is light brown. Let cool.
In another bowl mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 c. of cool whip. Refrigerate until stiff.
On the stove in a nice sized sauce pan put the 2 pkgs of vanilla pudding, cocoa, sugar, and milk. Stir on med. heat until it gets thick and makes hills in the filling. Then add on low heat 1/2 stick. of butter and the vanilla. Stir. Let cool and then refrigerate until it is like pudding.
Then pour the cream cheese mixture onto the crust evenly smooth out. Then layer the chocolate mixture. Smooth the rest of the cool whip on top evenly and enjoy. This recipe should be refrigerated.
