1 stick of butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. karo syrup
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
a dash of milk

Directions:
In a medium sauce pan over med. heat, melt butter and cocoa. Add all other ingredients stirring continuously until it thickens.
