1 pound fresh spinach, washed, stems removed, patted dry and torn into pieces
1/2 pound cottage cheese
5 eggs
1 cup each: shredded monterey jack and cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped ham
1 small can chopped green chiles
1/2 tsp salt
dash pepper
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 large deep dish Pet-Ritz pie shell, thawed

Directions:

Place spinach in bottom of pie shell
.
Combine cottage cheese and eggs, beat until blended. Add shredded cheeses, ham chiles, salt, pepper, flour, and baking powder.

Pour into pie shell and bake in 350º oven 1 hour or until set in center.

Cool ten minutes before cutting.
