Rhubarb Cake Recipe

1 Egg
1 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Flour
1 Tsp. soda
1/2 Tsp. Salt
2 Cups Cut-up Rhubarb
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg and remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.

Mix 1 Cup Brown Sugar and 1/2 Cup Nuts.

Sprinkle over cake top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Serve with Cool Whip or Ice Cream
