4 C. fresh rhubarb, to be cut
1 C. granulated sugar
1 small box sugar free strawberry Jell-o
1 box white cake mix
1 C. water
1 stick butter, to be melted

Directions:
Directions:
Place fresh rhubarb in lightly sprayed 9x13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb. Sprinkle Jello over sugar. While still in the bag, mash up cake mix to reduce lumps, then spread over top of rhubarb/sugar/jello. Pour water over entire mix, and then pour melted butter over all. Bake for 55-60 minutes in a 350-degree oven. Serve warm with ice cream.
