2 or 3 wild ducks
salt and pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 sliced green pepper
2 or 3 celery stalks cut
3 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Clean ducks, Rub with salt and pepper. Place in baking pan, breast side up. Add onions, pepper slices, celery and water. Cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours until tender. Baste occasionally. Serve on bed of wild rice.
