24 Lg White Mushrooms
1/4 c sliced Green Onion (2)
1 minced Clove Garlic
1/4 c Butter
2/3 c dry fine Bread Crumbs
1/2 c shredded Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse mushrooms and remove stems. Put caps aside.
Chop stems and cook with onions, garlic and butter until onions are clear.
Remove from heat and stir in bread crumbs and cheese until moist.
Spoon mixture into mushroom caps and bake in 425º oven for 10 minutes. Serve.
