1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. margarine
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
3/4 c. milk
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9 X 5 inch loaf pan. In large bowl, combine 1 1/2 c. flour, cheese, salt, sugar and yeast. In small pan, heat milk and margarine until very warm (120º to 130º. Margarine doesn't need to melt.) Add warm liquid and eggs to flour mixture, blend at low speed until moistened; beat 3 min. at medium speed. By hand stir in remaining 1 c. flour; cover; let rise in warm place until light and doubled in size, about 45 min. to an hour.

Stir down dough; turn into prepared pan. Cover, let rise about 35 min.. Bake 40 to 45 min. in preheated 350º oven. Remove from pan immediately.
