2 c. fresh cranberries, ground
2 small oranges, seeded and ground
cold water
3/4 c. sugar
1 small pkg. raspberry gelatin
1 c. water heated to boiling
1 medium apple, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Drain cranberries and oranges, reserving juice. Add cold water to juice to equal 1 cup liquid. Stir sugar into mixture of cranberries and oranges. Dissolve gelatin in hot water; stir in reserved cup of liquid. Chill until slightly thickened. Add apple, celery, nuts and cranberry mixture. Pour into mold and refrigerate until firm.

This is Gina's favorite for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
