1 box yellow cake mix
1 small package lemon jello
3 eggs
3/4 c. liquid shortening
3/4 c. water
1 T lemon extract

Directions:
Combine cake mix and dry jello in mixer bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in 11x13 baking dish @350F for 30 minutes or until set.

While hot, ice with 2 c. powdered sugar and enough lemon juice for desired consistency. Start with 1 T and add a little more if needed.
