4 to 5 C all-purpose flour, divided
1 pkg (9oz) one-layer white cake mix
2 pkgs quick-rise yeast
1 tsp salt
2 C lukewarm water
2 T butter, softened
1/2 C sugar
1 T cinnamon

Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine 3 cups flour, cake mix, yeast, salt and warm water; mix until smooth. Add enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead until smooth, about 6-8 minutes. Roll dough into an 18-in X9-in rectangle. Spread with butter; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll dough jelly-roll style, starting with a long end. Cut into 1-inch slices; place on greased baking sheets. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 15 minutes. Bake at 350º for 15-18 minutes. Drizzle with icing.
