Ingredients:  
8 oz whole green chilies
1 lb shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Line cake pan with green chilies and half the cheese.
Blend and pour over chilies and cheese:
1 can evaporated milk
4 eggs
2 T flour
1/2 tsp salt
Bake for 30 min @ 400.
Pour:
8 oz tomato sauce or enchilada sauce over baked mix.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake 10 min more.
Let set 15 minutes before serving.
