1/2 head cabbage
1/2 pound baby carrots, or cut carrots
1 medium onion
1/4 head cauliflower
chopped broccoli
Mrs. Dash seasoning
4 chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up all vegetables and place in large casserole dish or cake pan. Place chicken on top and season with Mrs. Dash seasoning. Add a little water and cover with foil.

Bake at 375º for 2 hours or until tender.

I have altered this slightly from one of Wally's recipes. He often uses the already cooked sausage and microwaves it. I make this up and eat it for a week. It is great for a diet and busy schedule.
