1 lb sausage cooked and drained
4 oz mushrooms
1/2 c chopped onion
2 tomatoes finely diced
2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c Bisquick
12 eggs
1 c evaporated skim milk or 1 c regular milk
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp oregano

Layer in a large greased baking dish first five ingredients.
Beat together remaining ingredients and pour over layers. Bake uncovered for 30 min or until eggs are set @ 350.
