1 1/2 cups cold water
1 cup flour
1/2 cornmeal
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients with hand beater until smooth.
Heat 8" skillet until hot. Grease if necesary.
Pour scant 1/4 cup batter into skillet.
Rotate pan to spead batter very thinly.
Cook until dry around the edge, about 2 minutes.
Turn and cook 2 minutes more.
