4 chicken breaks
Dijon Mustard
Mayo
Grapes
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken (4 breasts) in oven at 350 until done. Cool and shred with fingers. Add 1 tbs Dijon mustard and 1/3 to ½ cup mayo till it binds. Cut green grapes in half and add as many as you like.

Add 1 tsp each Salt & Pepper

Other additions as you like: diced apple, boiled eggs, dill pickles, water chestnuts, cashews
