1 c. fresh cranberries
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 whole eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Wash cranberries, removing stems and chop coarsely. Sift flour with sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Beat eggs with milk, butter, and vanilla. Make a well in the center of the cranberry mixture. Pour in egg mixture. Stir with fork just until dry ingredients are moistened. Bake 1 hour in a 350º pre-heated oven in a 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan. Cool 10 minutes.
