Melt over low heat:
3/4 c margarine
1 1/2 c brown sugar
2 T water
Add:
2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
Stir until melted.
Cool 10 minutes and then add:
2 eggs
2 1/2 c flour
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Roll into small balls and bake for 12-13 min @ 350º.
Place Andes Mints on hot cookies. When melted, spread over cookie as frosting and move to cooling rack.
