Mix well
1 c Crisco
1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs

Sift together and stir in:
2 3/4 c flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Chill dough. Roll into small balls then roll in plain sugar or sugar and cinnamon mixed.
Bake 8-10 min @ 400º
