1 c bulgur, cracked wheat
1 bunch parsley
1 c fresh mint
1 onion
1 bunch green onions
3 tomatoes
3 lemons
1/2 c olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash wheat with cold water. Squeeze out water and let stand in blarge bowl for 1 hour. Cut vegetables fine. Add olive oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Serve with romaine lettuce leaves.
