45 graham crackers
24 marshmallows diced
1 1/2 cups chopped dates
3 cups chopped pecans
1 1/2 cups heavy cream (not whipped)

Directions:
Directions:
roll graham crackers to fine crumbs, combine marshmallows, dates and nuts. Mix thoroughly with 2 3/4 cups crumbs. Add heavy cream and mix, shape into log about 3 1/2" across, roll in remaining crumbs. Wrap in waxed paper and chill overnight at least. Cut into slices. Serve as party food or holiday food.

My Aunt Wilma (great maternal aunt) made this every year for Christmas. You can buy graham crackers already in crumbs now, but when she wrote this recipe you had to "crumb" your own!
