3 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups milk
nutmeg to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until frothy, add sugar, salt, milk and nutmeg. Pour above mixture into pie crust and bake 40 minutes or until a silver knife inserted into the side of the filling comes out clean. Center will be soft but will set later.
