Chili Burritos or Dinosaur Burritos Recipe

Ingredients: 1 large Tortilla OR several small Tortillas for tacos 1 can Hormel Turkey Chili (no beans is healthier) OR 5 Dinosaur Chicken Nuggets (regular nuggets will work) 1 handful of grated Mexican Cheese 1 dollop of Sour Cream OR 1 squirt of Ranch Dressing
Add any of the following for taste: Chopped Tomatoes Sliced Avocado Chopped Olives Chives Onions Peppers

Directions: |
Directions:Take one tortilla and place on microwave safe plate. Place heated turkey chili* (one large spoon scoop) in center of tortilla. Take handful of cheese and circle it around the chili. Put in microwave for 30 to 60 seconds (to melt cheese and soften tortilla). Pull out the plate and add your sour cream or ranch dressing (and any other add-ons to taste) and roll up burrito (bottom side first then one side rolled into the other exposing top). Serve and eat. You don't even have to wait. When making taco style, I would use the chicken and then I would still wrap up the bottom of tortilla. |
