1 1/2 lbs mild sausage or spicy Italian sausage
6 oz macaroni
1 C cheddar cheese
1 tsp Italian spice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
dash of cayenne pepper
1 c mixed vegetables
1/2 c evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Remove and discard sausage casings and fry or use Hillshire Farms-type sausage diced into small pieces. Cook macaroni in boiling water until done. Drain. Turn into large bowl. Add sausage, cheese, Italian spice, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, veggies, and milk. Toss lightly to blend ingredients. Turn into 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350º for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
