1/4 C shortening
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 C hot water

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Handle as little as possible. Break off pieces and roll thin to fry. Fry in hot oil. Keep uncooked portion covered with a cloth so it doesn't dry out.
