1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
3/4 c. pecans, divided
1 pkg.(8oz) cream cheese
1 c. confectioner's sugar
1 (8oz) cool whip, thawed
3 1/2 c. milk
2 pkg.(small) instant butterscotch Pudding mix

In a bowl, cut butter into flour until crumbly, stir in 1/2 c. pecans. Press into ungreased (13X9) pan.Bake at 350º for 20 min.Cool. Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Fold in 1 c. whipped topping-spread over crust.Combine milk and pudding mix until smooth; pour over cheese layer. Refrigerate for 15 min. or until set. Top with remaining whipped topping and nuts. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
