3 to 4 lbs ribs, without bone
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 large onion, thinly sliced

Sauce:
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. Worchestershire Sauce
1 tsp. chile powder
1 tsp. salt
2 dashes Tabasco Sauce
1 1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 450º. Place ribs in a shallow roasting pan for 30 minutes. Drain off excess fat from pan. Top ribs with onion and lemon.

Basting Sauce: Put in a pan to boil. Pour over ribs and lower oven temperature to 350º. Bake until well done, about 1 1/2 hours. Baste with sauce every 15 minutes.
