1 box Crispix cereal or corn Chex ( I use less)
1 C sugar
1 C light corn syrup
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 C almond slivers (I have used pecans also)
1 C coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, corn syrup, and butter slowly in large pan over stove. Bring to boil. Set timer and cook for 3 minutes more. Remove from heat and add cereal, nuts, and coconut. Spread on waxed paper. Cool.
