1 lb. Angel Hair Pasta
¼ cup pine nuts
1 cup Chardonnay
1 tsp. chopped garlic
¼ lb. butter
1 pt. heavy cream
6 oz. prepared pesto sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tsp. finely chopped parsley
2 Roma tomatoes diced
1 lb. large cooked and peeled shrimp
4 oz. Asiago or Parmesan cheese, shredded

Directions:
Boil pasta according to directions and set aside. Toast pine nuts in large skillet over medium heat; remove. Heat wine in skillet to burn off alcohol (seems a shame). Add garlic, butter, cream and pesto; bring to light boil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Turn down to simmer about 3 minutes to thicken sauce. Add shrimp and pasta; toss until hot. Add diced tomatoes, pine nuts and shredded cheese. Serve immediately. YUM!!
