2 c sugar
2c flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 c. oil
3 eggs well beaten
3 c. diced apples
1 T. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients, add other ingredients. Batter is stiff and thick. Grease and flour pan. Bake 2 hours in a tube pan at 300º or in 9x13 pan at 325º for 1 hour
