Ingredients:  
3 T yeast in 2 C warm water with spoonful of honey. Mix and let raise a few minutes.
2 C scalded milk or powdered milk. I always just use water.
4 C wheat flour
1/2 C honey
1/2 C oil
1 T salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix for a couple minutes with wire beaters then add dough hook and continue to add enough white flour until the dough leaves the sides of the mixer (5 or 6 Cups). Divide into 4 or 5 loaf pans. Let raise half and hour then bake @ 350 for 20-25 min.
