Directions:
Pizza Dough
(combine in small bowl)
1 TBS yeast
1 TBS sugar
1/2 Cup warm water
(In mixing bowl combine)
1 1/4 Cup water
4 Cups flour
1 tsp salt
3 TBS oil
Yeast mixture
Start mixing away ( I haven't used anything but my Bosche or Kitchen Aid, so I don't know if your hands would work just as well)
Sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1 small can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1 TBS basil
Mix together
This recipe makes enough dough and sauce for 2 pizza's.
Knead out dough on pizza pans and add sauce, tons of mozzarella (We buy one block of mozzarella and grate the whole thing and use it for both pizza's, we use a little cheddar as well) and all the toppings you love. Bake at 450 for about 20 minutes, just check and gage.
