Base:
1 box cake mix (any flavor you want)
1 egg
1/2 c. butter (or one stick)

Top:
1 box powered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix base together (it will be the consistency of cookie dough) and press into a 9" X 13" pan (or a jelly roll pan) (be sure to press base all the way to the edge of the pan or the top will run under the base). Mix the top together reserving 1 tablespoon of the sugar to use as a garnish. Pour over base and bake until top is golden brown. Sprinkle with powered sugar as soon as you take it out of the oven. Cool completely before slicing (they will slice better if you refrigerate them). Store in refrigerator.
