Layer the following:
1 bag crushed tortilla chips
2 cups cut up turkey (or chicken)
1 diced onion
1 diced green pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 can Rotel or equivalent of salsa
4 cups shredded cheese

Directions:

Layer ingredients in 9 X 12 greased casserole (or larger). Cover well with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbling.
